Installation & Operation Guide

SIM Card & Antenna

NB/GPRS versions require a SIM card. LoRaWAN versions do not but require an online gateway. Ensure the antenna is securely connected for all versions.

Pipeline Requirements

Align the water meter arrow with the flow direction. Install a filter upstream to prevent blockage. Install horizontally with the dial facing up.

Activation & Testing

The meter may be in transport (sleep) mode. Use a magnet to trigger the sensor for 3-6 seconds. The screen will show 'S-Send' to initiate the first connection test.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

What do error codes E-1000 or E-0100 mean?
These are base meter fault codes. E-1000 indicates 'Open Lid Alarm', and E-0100 indicates 'Insufficient Balance'. E-0010 indicates a valve fault, and E-0001 indicates an under-voltage fault.
What does S-Err mean on a LoRaWAN meter?
This indicates a communication failure. Please check: 1. If the SIM card is installed correctly (for NB/GPRS models); 2. If the antenna connection is normal; 3. If the LoRaWAN gateway is online and the signal is good.
How do I trigger data reporting?
Long press the button or use a magnet to trigger the sensor for more than 3 seconds but less than 6 seconds. The screen will display 'S-Send'. 'S-true' indicates success, while 'S-Err' indicates failure.
What are the installation requirements?
1. Do not install in a closed metal environment (affects signal); 2. Install check valves and sealing rings; 3. Pay attention to the flow direction arrow; 4. Take anti-freezing measures in winter.
